Product Design
I joined Paradox as a product designer in 2023 after graduating from college and quickly ramped up to shipping impactful enhancements.
In nearly 3 years, I’ve worked primarily on onboarding, forms, offers, and jobs, with additional experience in scheduling, calendar, inbox/dashboard, integrations, and account settings. I’ve designed over 80 enhancements that went to production. Some standout projects that I built from zero alongside a dedicated product manager and engineering team are a document encoding and delivery engine that can scale for global markets and an intuitive employment eligibility verification platform suited for frontline hiring.
I’m extremely proud of the impact we’ve had on clients, saving candidates and hiring managers countless hours, massively decreasing time to hire, and delivering a high quality user experience. To give a sense of scale, our forms are completed by over 15 million candidates annually as of 2025 and we serve thousands of clients across many industries including restaurant, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.
This success led to Workday acquiring Paradox in September 2025 in the largest acquisition in Arizona history.
Being part of a rapidly growing start-up and collaborating with product and engineering teams has taught me to make informed tradeoffs, to be creative within constraints, and to deeply consider how the desires of the customer influence the problems to be solved. Lately I’ve been working to improve the product collaboration process by creating agent powered systems that are built on design foundations.
